Topics: Sailors are introduced to more advanced boat handling, basic racing techniques, and the Racing Rules of Sailing.
Objectives: Sailors in this course will build upon skills learned in the Opti 2 course. Sailors are introduced to more advanced boat handling and basic racing techniques, all while having fun and improving their confidence in a boat. Coaches will be nearby in a powerboat to ensure the sailors are learning and having fun.
