Ages: 13-16 years old

Boats: 420 Dinghies
Topics: Sailors will build on content from the 420 Learn to sail class, with a focus on efficiency in boat handling and points of sail. Racing activities, long sails, and difficult courses may be included.
Objective: The class aims to build on basic concepts so a sailor can gain the skills needed for racing. The intention is to help a sailor take the next step from the Learn to Sail level or to bridge between our Learn to Sail class and the Learn to Race class.
Modality: The course should be about half in the classroom, and half on the water. Classes will continue for two weeks in the afternoons.
